Bixby makes it extremely easy to contact your Property Manager with a maintenance request.
To submit a maintenance request:
- Open the sidebar menu the Bixby mobile app and navigate to Maintenance Requests.
- Click New Request.
- Fill in the forms: select Issue Type, Issue Time & Date, Preferred Repair Time and add any specific details about your request. You can also upload photos.
- Click Create Request to submit your maintenance request to your management team.
Your management team will update the status of your request and communicate with you about scheduling a repair.
Make sure you enable your push notifications to receive updates regarding status of maintenance requests, comments, and other activity. To enable push notifications, go to My Account, then Notification Settings.
