Bixby makes it extremely easy to contact your Property Manager with a maintenance request.
To submit a maintenance request:
- Open the sidebar menu the Bixby mobile or desktop app and navigate to Maintenance Requests.
- Click Create Request.
- Fill in the forms: select Issue Type, Issue Time & Date, Preferred Repair Time, necessary permissions, priority and add any specific details about your request. You can also upload photos.
- Click Create Request to submit your maintenance request to your management team.
Your management team will update the status of your request and communicate with you about scheduling a repair. If you would like to update your request you can leave comments on it; management users will be notified of these updates.
Make sure you enable your push notifications to receive updates regarding status of maintenance requests, comments, and other activity. To enable push notifications, go to Settings, then Notification Settings.
