The next step is to invite your residents & management-side users.
Using the web application available at app.livebixby.co, go to the ‘Home’ tab using the navigation bar on the left-hand side. To add users you now have two options:
- Navigate to the ‘Shortcuts’ drop down in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and select ‘Add User’. Select a user type and fill out the necessary information.
- The second option is to click the ‘Properties’ button. From there select the drop down option on the far right side of your screen for the building you would like to add users to. Select ‘Manage Users’, this will take you to another page, here you will see that you can edit and delete current users as well as add new users from the ‘Add User’ button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
The ‘Properties’ tab is where you can add or remove users, buildings, bank accounts, and edit building features.
