To send a message, navigate to the “Message Board” then click “New Message”. Select the audience, add a title, description, pictures and send.
- Broadcast messages (messages sent to a group or entire building) are one-way; you can send messages, but residents can’t respond or comment. This restriction prevents tenants from collectively arguing against the Manager.
- Messages sent directly to a single tenant are a conversation. Tenants can respond and comment on the message.
